Ingredients for a successful project
Some things are more important than others in order for a project to be successful. We mean that the top three aspects are; that you have the right people for the job, that they use a methodology that will support the project and the customer and finally that existing products are used and that the final solution is easy to support and extend.

Architecture
An open, flexible architecture built using standard parts and products will be easier to extend, adapt and support. This is true during development but will have an even bigger impact when in production. We have adapted the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) paradigm in applicable cases. To minimize proprietary code we use products from leading software vendors as well as open-source software.
As always the architectural choices are dependent on the solutions unique requirements.

Methodology
The methodology should focus on getting the right functionality and quality delivered as fast and as cheap as possible. Using an agile influenced development methodology will support this and put focus on:

    Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
    Working software over comprehensive documentation
    Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
    Responding to change over following a plan
